Joint-University survey on personal green habits

How ‘green’ are you with your daily habits?

PolyU iscurrently conducting a survey about personal “green” habits and the sustainable development performance of the University, and we would love to hear from you. This is a part of a Joint-University survey exercise for students across eight local tertiary institutions.

As an expression of gratitude to those who complete this survey, we will offer

40 Coins for individual use with the PolyU GreenCoin app (one-time only for valid PolyU GreenCoin student users), which can be utilized to redeem e-coupons to use on selected campus facilities and get green gifts.

The first 100 respondents will be rewarded with a foldable snack box (in blue color) individually.

Remarks:

1. It is open only to current PolyU students.
2. The survey exercise runs from 2 Nov to 13 Nov 2020.
3. You will need to answer all the questions on the survey in order to qualify for the rewards.
4. For respondents who wish to earn bonus Coins for use with the PolyU GreenCoin app and to get the chance to win a reusable foldable snack box, please provide your NetID and email on the online survey form. Such information collected will only be used to facilitate communication and the administration of crediting Coins, which will be destroyed in no later than six months’ time.
5. Your input in the survey will be treated as anonymous and strictly confidential.
6. In case you have completed and submitted the survey more than once, only the first submission will be considered and accepted.
7. Each respondent can only win 40 Coins ONCE.
8. Only the first 100 respondents will be rewarded with a foldable snack box (in blue color) individually. Our system clock will be final.
9. Notification will be sent to respondents on Coins crediting and the collection of the foldable snack box in due course.
