UPDATE: Abstract submission deadline is postponed to 19 April 2021

We are now inviting postgraduate research students to submit abstract for oral and poster presentations. Topics of interests for submission include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Language processing & acquisition
  • Bilingualism
  • Computational modelling
  • Neurolinguistics & psycholinguistics
  • Cognitive processes in translating & interpreting
  • Communication disorders
  • Health communication and language

The working language of PRSLLS is English. Prospective authors are invited to submit abstract for presentation in any of the areas listed above. All abstracts will be handled and reviewed electronically. Please DO NOT include your full name, affiliated institution, email address, and postal address in the abstract. Abstracts should be written in English with a maximum of 400 words, excluding references. All abstracts will undergo double-blind peer-review. Please structure your abstract by giving the suggested headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The deadline of abstract submission is postponed to 19 April 2021.The acceptance of presentation will be announced by 21 May, 2021. Registration and attendance information will be available in the letter of acceptance.

We are going to prepare a programme book for all the accepted abstracts. All participants will have an electronic copy of the programme book.

Proceedings of PRSLLS that included FULL PAPERS will be published after the symposium. The organizing committee require all presenters who are interested in publishing their works in our proceedings to submit the full papers before 3 July 2021 (two weeks after the symposium). All received full papers will be peer-reviewed. Within the proceedings, several papers will be selected and awarded the Best Paper Award. We are now seeking potential journals to publish these the awarded Best Papers. More updates regarding the publication will be posted soon.
