Prior to the workshop, participants were encouraged to explore basic concepts of the Metaverse and flipped learning in a dedicated virtual space, ensuring they arrived ready to dive into the hands‑on activities. During the session, Miss Chu shared her own experience using Frame VR to improve student collaboration and engagement, illustrating practical strategies that require no coding background—only a computer with internet access.
In the hands‑on portion, attendees brought their own laptops and practised building their own virtual spaces, experimenting with avatars, interactive objects, and collaborative tools. They explored how to design activities that promote peer interaction and self‑directed exploration, and discussed ways to adapt these techniques to their own disciplines and class sizes.
The event concluded with a Q&A session, equipping educators with both the confidence and technical know‑how to create free, customised virtual environments that resonate with today’s learners. We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants for their active involvement, and to Miss Chu for her inspiring sharing—making this another successful FLTI gathering!
