Film Screening Series: The Climbers

The Climbers is a 2019 Chinese adventure drama film directed by Daniel Lee and written by Alai. The Movie tells the real-life story of an expedition by a team of Chinese climbers who made an historic ascent up the North Ridge of Mount Everest in 1960. The trio of surviving members returned fifteen years later to repeat the feat, and to complete the initial measurement by Chinese of Mount Everest.
