Objectives:
This project aims to apply the blended learning approach to teaching a final year subject, “Human Resources Management in the Tourism and Hotel Industry”. By adopting 5 different delivery methods: traditional lecture sessions, interactive tutorial classes, hotel integration group projects, virtual pre-class exercise and guest lectures, it is anticipated to be able to help students understand the course matter, to motivate them to participate in different in-class activities, and to help them realize their studies in the virtual environment. In addition, students can get involved actively in a concrete experience in order to help themselves acquire new knowledge and retain the new knowledge for a longer time.
