Objectives:
- To develop a self-learning tool for students to learn different programming languages in a range of commonly-used microprocessors and the operating principles of a basic microprocessor system.
- To apply this tool in laboratory sessions of the subjects related to computer system engineering in both undergraduate and sub-degree programmes.
- To use this tool for rapid prototyping such as implementing basic systems for demonstration in class.
