
Professor Peter Duffy has a demonstrated record of exemplary leadership, management and outcomes in education, curriculum and pedagogy, digital learning and academic / institutional transformation and has been involved in the education field for the last 30 years as a teacher, researcher and leader.
He is currently Director of the Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) at Lingnan University and the Institutional Representative for the Quality Assurance Council 3rd Round audit as well as a local auditor. Prior to the role of Director of the Teaching and Learning Centre at Lingnan he was the Head of the Innovation Hub at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Associate Director (Curriculum Development) at Victoria University in Australia and worked at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as “Special Assistant E-Learning”, a strategic secondment to work directly for the Vice President (Academic Development).
He is an internationally recognised expert in his research field having been an invited presenter at many local and international events including an invited session chair at the GUIDE (Global Universities in Distance Education) International Forum in Rome, and an invited speaker and facilitator at the Australian Education Minster’s Awards for excellence in both Art and IT respectively. His area of research interest is in organizational change, innovation and learning analytics/ quality assurance.
