This workshop will explore the integration of generative AI in flipped learning environments, focusing on how university professors can leverage AI tools to enhance student engagement and learning. Participants will explore practical strategies for meeting students’ diverse learning needs, including personalised content creation, interactive classroom activities, individualised tutoring and more. Moving from theory to guided examples and collaborative discussions, participants will gain insights into using generative AI to facilitate deeper learning experiences. The session will also address essential considerations, such as AI literacy and ethical implications, ensuring a responsible approach to technology integration. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped to leverage AI as a learning partner in their teaching practice, thereby enhancing student motivation and understanding.
