The Convocation Ceremony cum Welcome Session for the Project Delivery Capability Programme (PDCP) 2026 under the Centre of Excellence for Major Project Leaders (CoE) was held on 29 July. The ceremony celebrated 27 graduates from the Government, public organisations, international engineering consultants and contractors for completing the one-year programme, welcomed the new cohort of participants, and presented appointment certificates to Strategic Advisors.
Our Centre (CeIDE) is very privileged to deliver the PDCP for the Development Bureau. Representing CeIDE at this momentous occasion were Prof. Michael YAM, Head of Department; Prof. Albert CHAN, Director of the Centre for Infrastructure Delivery; and Prof. CHAN Man Wai, Associate Director (Partnership and Executive Education). They joined officiating guests to congratulate the graduates and warmly welcome the fresh cohort of students.
