Last Saturday, PolyU welcomed over 49,000 prospective students, parents and visitors to the Hung Hom campus for another vibrant and successful Info Day!
Our CMI booth attracted enthusiastic crowds eager to discover our diverse programmes and initiatives. Visiting students experienced interactive learning firsthand through demonstrations of technologies, including the Human LiDAR Pattern Show, AI-Based Perception and Robotic Interaction in Construction, Exoskeleton Suits and Virtual Reality Device. In addition, our faculty provided personalised academic advice to guide prospective students toward their ideal study choices.
Our CMI Information Seminars delivered in-depth overviews of admission requirements and future pathways for our signature programmes: BSc (Hons) in Building Engineering and Management and BSc (Hons) in Surveying. Attendees were also inspired by sharing sessions from our alumni who offered valuable real-world perspectives.
Demonstrating our innovative teaching and research environment, a guided tour was organised to showcase our facilities, including the CAVE System, Motion Simulator and VR Omnidirectional Treadmill.
A big thank-you to all visitors, alumni, colleagues and student helpers who contributed to the day’s success! We look forward to welcoming these prospective students to the campus in future!
