《PolyU ranks 79th in Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2027》
PolyU ranks 79th in the newly released Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2027, staying in the top 100 for six consecutive years.
This year’s ranking evaluated 2,297 universities across 118 countries and territories against 18 performance indicators. PolyU achieved outstanding results in research-related indicators, attaining full scores in “Research Excellence” and “Research Productivity” for the fourth consecutive year, alongside excellent performance in “Research Strength” and “Research Influence”, etc. PolyU also attained a full score in “Patents” for the third straight year, reflecting our strong track record in driving knowledge transfer and industry applications.
This achievement stands as a testament to the dedication of our staff, researchers and students. Moving forward, PolyU will continue pushing the boundaries of frontier research, accelerating the translation of research into real-world applications.
