PolyU BME has a lot of good connections with different BME and P&O related companies and organizations. We always had different attachments and placements in the hospital. PolyU BME is well-equipped with all the devices and tools so that each student can get enough practice and knowledge needed in the workplace.

The knowledge learned in university such as from the electrophysiology lab, biomedical instrumentation lessons to attain the basic theory and knowledge of medical devices have helped me immensely in my career. The benefits I have gained from the course by learning medical technology management and regulation are very useful for my career. I believe that this knowledge is able to help me be unique as a BME graduate.

BME has helped me a lot in my career , for example we learned a lot of basic science. Especially, for the medical device sectors, having basic knowledge will help immensely. This is because it will make it easier to understand what the product does, how it is used, and how it is able to help patients.
