| • | One-page abstracts (typed, single-spaced) of proposed papers, indicating author's name and affiliation, should be submitted for final selection process. |
| • | Submit abstracts to IWSSSCM3 Secretariat in MS Word format by electronic mail to iwssscm3@polyu.edu.hk |
| • | Organizing Committee will conduct a refereed screening of abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit Full Papers. |
| • | Abstract Submission Deadline: 31st October 2015 |
| • | Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 15th November 2015 |
| • | Full Paper Deadline : 30th November 2015 |

Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present the paper at the Workshop.
