【Culture Promotion and Events Office】Chinese Performing Arts Hong Kong Season" Series: “Sandpiper, Clam and Fish”

Set against the background of the Chinese idiom "When a sandpiper and a clam are locked in a fight, the fisherman will take the advantage", "Sandpiper, Clam and Fish" vividly tells the story of a sandpiper and a clam competing to become the heroes of the river. The play is filled with childlike wonder, blending rich artistic vocabulary with philosophy. By incorporating elements of traditional Chinese opera, the production showcases a strong Eastern flavor through its unique choreography and musical arrangements. With performances full of tension and whimsy, it conveys the wisdom and insights of China's excellent traditional culture through physical expression.
