Congratulations to our students on winning the Second Runner Up at the Sixth Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Universities Accounting and Business Knowledge Competition.
Our team, comprising BBA in Accounting and Finance students LU Yuanyi and ZHAO Yawen, and BBA in Accountancy students ZHOU Xiaoyi and NIE Zihan, was selected to compete in the final round held in Dongguan, Foshan on 15 November 2025. They demonstrated outstanding performance in both the debate and buzz-in segments, showcasing their debating ability and professional knowledge in accounting.
This year’s competition drew 284 students, forming 71 teams from 36 universities. Organised by the Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation under the guidance of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, the event aims to strengthen professional exchange in the accounting and business sectors across the three regions, providing students with a valuable opportunity to develop their skills, foster regional understanding, and inspire contributions to regional growth and development.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all the students for their dedication and efforts, with special thanks to SHI Tingwei for her outstanding guidance in helping the team improve their debating skills.
