Sharing from Dr Dalinda Isabel Sanchez VidanaThe aim of this project is to evaluate the effects of the "Empowering Learning through Compassion" program on teaching and learning within student-teacher collaborations, focusing on improving communication, self-efficacy, and overall educational experience.
The online program will run over five days, involving the viewing of six educational videos, each lasting 3-7 min, and the use of accompanying practical implementation guides. After the online training, participants will have one month to apply their learning before completing a post-test assessment. The impact of the program will be assessed using two online questionnaires designed to gather insights on motivation, expectations, barriers, and perceived outcomes related to the program.
