Student Presentation on LA 2022


The Community of Practice on Conducting Learning Analytics to Inform Teaching and Learning (CoP LA) is organising the Student Presentation Contest. 

What is LA
According to the 1st International Conference on Learning Analytics & Knowledge 2011, “learning analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of data about learners and their contexts, for the purposes of understanding and optimizing learning and the environments in which it occurs.”

Eligibility for participation
All students can participate by filling in the online form (https://forms.office.com/r/bs7BWjdf5G).
MS forms for registration. Need to agree that the video will be viewed by CoP LA members.
Video file types include the following file formats: .avi, .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .asf, .3g2, .3gp, .asx, .flv, .mpg, .rm, .swf and .vob.

Requirements on the presentation
You can read the one of the four papers as shown below, make a presentation and record it with a 10-15 minutes video.

Selection of Winners
Shortlisted students will be invited to present in the CoP LA meeting. Voting will be made during the meeting to select the winners of the presentation.
