Ms Linda Cheng joined the SHTM on 13 March 2008
as an Executive Assistant. Her main responsibility is to supervise counter
operations and student helpers in the Che-woo Lui Hotel and Tourism Resource
Centre. Ms Cheng previously worked in PolyU's English Language Centre.

Ms Bella Chan joined the SHTM as an Assistant Technical
Officer-Food Production on 1 April 2008 . Ms Chan is responsible for
supporting the catering services in the Millennium Training Restaurant.
