| Mr Stanley Luk has joined the SHTM as Manager of the Millennium Training Restaurant. Mr Luk previously held various managerial positions in F&B operations at Hotel Miramar, The Excelsior and Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. He will prepare the Millennium Training Restaurant for a transition to the operations environment of the Teaching Hotel. |
