Prevention of influenza pandemic

To prevent the spread of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, is not recommended to attend the seminar.


Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning

1.     The conference will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted/ forecasted at 6:30 am on the day of conference.

2.     The conference will be dismissed immediately if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher warning signal is hoisted.

3.     If Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during the conference, participants should stay in the venue until the end of the event and the condition is safe to leave.

4.     Participants will be informed individuallyof the new schedule of the cancelled activitywithin two days after the adverse weather.
