Facilities Management Office External Circulars

Introduction
  1. The main purpose of Facilities Management Office External Circulars is to inform staff and students of all departments/units of confirmed policies, regulations and procedures adopted by the Facilities Management Office.
  2. Information which will lapse after a short period of time shall be issued in a memo form.
  3. All Facilities Management Office External Circulars shall be endorsed by the Director, Facilities Management, or, in his absence, the Acting Director.
  4. Facilities Management Office will review the Circulars on a regular basis and inform departments/units of changes to these Circulars.
  5. Individual departments/units are requested to bring the contents of the Circulars to the attention of all concerned.
