The Facilities Management Office is responsible for the provision and coordination of property services and overall property management in the Hall, in major aspects of:
Cleaning (public area and designated areas in student rooms)
Fire drill, fire prevention
Security and safety
Building and Building Service repair and maintenance
Management of swimming pool
Incoming mail / parcel collection
Logistic support for Hall functions and venue setting
Carpark management
Landscaping
Pest Control
Booking service of 2/F hall amenities and sports facilities
Inventory checking
