The Facilities Management Office is responsible for the provision and coordination of property services and overall property management in the Hall, in major aspects of:

  • Management of swimming pool
  • Incoming mail / parcel collection
  • Logistic support for Hall functions and venue setting
  • Carpark management
  • Landscaping
  • Pest Control
  • Booking service of 2/F hall amenities and sports facilities
