Students bring light and hope to the underprivileged

Business School joins Clinton Global Initiative University

During summer, some 100 PolyU students participated in service-learning programmes in Cambodia, Rwanda, Indonesia and Vietnam under the theme “Technology without boundary”. Through serving the needy, they have not only developed themselves into responsible global citizens, but also brought back unforgettable memories.

From teaching orphans to use software for digital storytelling and animation programming to developing solar panels to facilitate children’s learning at nighttime, PolyU students have helped developing countries with their professional knowledge while broadening their own horizons. Details>>
