Both the papers and the oral presentations at the Conference can be in either English or Chinese.

Paper Registration
Please submit your ABSTRACT and the Reply Slip for Paper Submission to the respective Regional Secretariat on or before the deadline (600-1000 characters in Chinese or 150-200 words in English). The registration fee for each participant is HK$2,000 (Register and pay on or before 8 May 2011) / HK$2,500 (Register and pay after 8 May 2011).

Submission Format
All papers and abstracts should be submitted to the Secretariat via email in an MS Word version saved in .doc format.

Copyright Transfer Agreement
Please submit the "Copyright Transfer Agreement" to the Conference Secretariat (cexwye@polyu.edu.hk) on or before 13 May 2011 (Fri).

Important Notes

For those authors who have paid the registration fees, at most TWO papers can be published in the conference proceedings. |

Each author can only present ONE paper at the conference. |

All people who would like to attend the conference or present at the conference will have to register and pay the registration fees. |

An invitation letter will be sent to you upon receiving your request and registration fee. |
