New CoPs @ PolyU

There are lots of new developments at PolyU related to Communities of Practice (CoPs).

Prof. Chetwyn Chan, Associate Vice President (Learning & Teaching),  announced in a recent email (18/10) the official launch of PolyU’s Communities of Practice and associated website.

There are five themed CoPs: Academic advising/ Enhancing students’ English abilities/ Developing, recognising and rewarding excellence/ Service learning/ Using Blackboard LMS to enhance learning and teaching.

The Blackboard CoP is a great intiative for advancing elearning at PolyU. It will enable teachers to “Connect – Share – Learn – Grow” and is being facilitated by Prof. Eric Tsui of ISE and Chloe Lau of SHTM.
