Hello! I’m Lau Ching Ting (Emily) from BALSS. Before studying at PolyU, I studied the Bilingual Communication programme at HKCC. Every time we reach a new stage, we face many changes and challenges. Stress and Anxiety were common in every senior-year intake student like me last year. Thanks to the SYA ambassadors, the transition was better. I hope I can also help the freshman soon!
