Description / Introduction:

New business models have changed the business landscape in tourism and servicing industries. Many companies are now adopting online operations, shifting to cost-effective cloud solutions, performing big data analytics, and even looking into the emerging areas of Fintech and blockchain technologies. Risks do exist on every technology adoption such that cyber security has now become a prime focus.

This open forum intended to seek insights from local industrial leaders, academics, professionals, law enforcers, as well as to draw attention of public audiences on such a critical subject.
