EIE Robotic Challenge Junior Greater China 2018: Flying Robot and EIE Robotic Challenge: Flying Robot

Description / Introduction:

As an extension of the “EIE Robotic Challenge Junior 2018: Flying Robot” held by the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering (EIE) in July 2018 for local primary and secondary school students, the Department organized two more robotic competitions, namely “EIE Robotic Challenge Junior Greater China 2018: Flying Robot” for 16 teams of high schools and tertiary students from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China on 13 August 2018, and “EIE Robotic Challenge: Flying Robot” for 4 teams of EIE undergraduate students on 31 August 2018. The activities aimed to promote STEM education among youngsters. They also provided a valuable platform for the students from different regions to exchange technology and engineering knowledge.
