The "Grant Ready Funding Scheme" provides seed funding and mentorship to help startups and entrepreneurial teams prepare for larger-scale funding opportunities such as the PolyU Micro Fund or the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SIE) Fund etc. The scheme aims to equip participants with the knowledge and support needed to successfully apply for these funding sources and scale their ventures.
