The "Distinguished Chinese Scientists 2023" lecture

Ever-changing science and technology have constantly improved our society. Particularly, Chinese scientists have made remarkable achievements in scientific research and the development of science and technology, making impactful contribution to the world. 

The Hong Kong Science Museum, China Association for Science and Technology, Beijing - Hong Kong Academic Exchange Center and Education Bureau of the HKSAR Government have jointly organised the " Distinguished Chinese Scientists" (當代傑出華人科學家) lecture series since 2003. The event invites Chinese scientists to make discussion and sharing with the public and students, aiming to inspire young students' interest in science and to understand outstanding Chinese scientists’ research stories.
