The Council recognizes the need to conduct regular review of the University’s governance policies and arrangements for further improvement and to cope with the changing expectation in higher education as well as within the community.
The Governance Committee of the Council is entrusted with the responsibility to review from time to time the effectiveness of prevailing policies, systems and procedures on governance issues, and to recommend to the Council appropriate improvements, if deemed necessary.
