Professor Li Chen is an Associate Professor and Associate Director at the Centre for China Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In this talk, Prof. Li reviewed the profound structural shifts in global geopolitics and political economy during the recent decade and China’s “Dual Circulation” development strategy as a response to these changes. It further discussed the strategic importance of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area under China’s “Dual Circulation” paradigm in the changing global context.
