mySurvey

"mySurvey" service is created based on an open-source online survey tool and
more features have been added, including more response types and options,
flexibility for users to create and distribute their own surveys online via
the web interface for teaching, learning and research purposes.
Users can login “mySurvey” service using their PolyU’s NetID and NetPassword.
