Academic Staff

Dr. Xinyu YU is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received her Ph.D. in Remote Sensing from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2023. Her research interests encompass remote sensing, aerosol optical depth, air pollution estimation and machine learning. She has authored over 15 peer-reviewed journal articles and actively reviews for numerous academic publications. She has presented my research findings at various national and international conferences, further contributing to the academic community.
