Enhancements to the Student HPC Platform

We are excited to share some exciting news with you about the upcoming enhancements to our Student HPC Platform. This summer, the existing Student HPC Platform will be upgraded with new features. The first phase will be an upgrade to the GPU Cluster. In late July, we will be launching a new web-based graphical user interface (GUI) environment for running HPC-based applications. This new interface is designed to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, making it easier for students like you to access the computing resources needed for your research projects.

To support the upgrade with new features, we will be upgrading the following GPU servers in the Student HPC Platform one-by-one, with an updated OS and applications:

During the transition period, users can continue to use either GPU server for their research and development work. This will ensure a seamless transition to the new environment without any disruption to your work.

The new web-based GUI environment will be soft launched at the end of July. Please stay tuned for updates.
