Your Connect password is the same as your NetPassword.
To sign in to the Connect Student O365 platform, use:
If you have forgotten your NetPassword, please use the self-service password reset webpage.
If you do not have a Connect account yet, you must first obtain an initial password for your PolyU Connect account, please refer to: How to obtain the initial password for your PolyU Connect account on the PUsecure IdPortal.
This initial password is used to set or reset your PolyU Connect password.
After setup, sign in to the Connect Student O365 platform with:
