Ultrafast, low cost, label-free and portable SARS-CoV-2 IgG detection platform based on organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) that can be remotely controlled by a mobile phone. It is expected to find promising applications in the diagnosis and prognosis of COVID-19 and other diseases. Ultrafast perovskite annealing strategy by scanning a laser spot on the film surface with a speed of tens of millimetre per minute. The resultant devices show high efficiency and good stability.
