Faculty of Business Annual Alumni Survey for 2024 Graduates

We take great pleasure in inviting our 2024 graduates, i.e. who completed their studies in 2023/24 academic year, to participate in the Annual Alumni Survey. It will only take you a few minutes. As a token of appreciation, the first 500 participants will receive a HK$200 hotel voucher upon successful completion of the survey by 8 August 2025. Terms and conditions apply.

Your views and feedback are important to us as they will facilitate continuous improvement of our programmes and services. The data collected from the survey will be analyzed with no reference to any individual.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the PolyU Faculty of Business (FB) Annual Alumni Survey, you, as the Participant, agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   1. Participants must be 2024 graduates of the Faculty of Business (FB), i.e. those who completed their most recent programmes of studies at FB in the 2023/24 academic year.
   2. Each participant should submit a single response to the Survey for his/her studied programme by the specified deadline. Any repeated submissions will be considered invalid.
   3. Participants will be disqualified from the voucher redemption if:
      1. Personal information provided in their Survey response is missing, incomplete, incorrect or invalid, making it impossible for FB to identify or contact the participant, or verify his/her personal data; or
      2. He/she does not complete all the mandatory questions of the Survey.
2. Prize Details
   1. Each participant is entitled to receive a physical or electronic HK$200 voucher for a premium hotel once only.
   2. The voucher will be sent to the participants via the email or postal address provided in their Survey responses.
   3. Vouchers are arranged as per PolyU/FB prevailing procedures.
   4. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and other fees associated with the voucher.
   5. In the event that a participant fails to redeem his/her voucher before the deadline stipulated by FB/voucher issuer, the participant shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the voucher without further notice.
   6. Each voucher, in whole or in part, is non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash or sold, must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied, non-returnable, non-refundable and not extendable.
3. Limitation of Liability
   1. FB shall not be liable and will not make any replacement if the voucher is damaged, lost, stolen or overdue upon receipt of the voucher.
   2. FB will not provide any certification or compensation to participants for the loss, damage or theft of the voucher.
   3. FB is not the issuer of the vouchers. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of the vouchers shall be resolved between the participants and voucher issuer(s). Voucher redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher issuer(s). FB shall not be responsible or liable in any way. 
4. Personal Data
   1. FB may need to provide participants’ names, phone numbers and email addresses to the voucher issuer(s) for verification of identity purposes. By accepting the voucher, participants consent to the above mentioned information to be shared with the voucher issuer(s).
5. General Terms
   1. For any dispute arising from the voucher redemption, FB’s decision shall be final. FB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the hotel voucher with other gift item(s) without prior notification to the participants.
