Prof Eric Chui (APSS)
Prof. Eric Chui is Head and Professor in the Department of Applied Social Sciences (APSS) and the Co-Director of the Policy Research Centre for Innovation and Technology (PReCIT) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has published several articles in Innovations in Education and Teaching International, Asia Pacific Journal of Education, and Higher Education.

Dr Rodney Chu (APSS)
Dr. Rodney Chu is currently the Chair of Departmental Learning and Teaching Committee. Though trained as a sociologist, he walks and works with colleagues together to look for pedagogical reforms via educational technology and is attempting to bring immersive technology into social science pedagogy. 

Dr Li-Ta Hsu (AAE)
Dr Li-Ta Hsu is an Associate Professor and Associate Head in the department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering. His education research interests are technology-enabled pedagogy to enhance students' problem-solving and learning-to-learn abilities.

Showcase One proudly presents two departmental interventions funded by PolyU’s Quality Incentive Scheme Stage 1, which promotes eLearning, Teaching and Assessment (eLTA) by grooming and rewarding outstanding performance:
APSS on the Move: Incubation of L&T Strategies before, during and beyond the Pandemic Era.
AAE: Using an online platform, Github, to shape and build the students' problem-solving and learning-to-learn abilities through a flip-class project teaching approach.
