: Exploring Multi-Directional Knowledge and Experience Sharing among Mentors and Students in Integrative Learning
The mentor session facilitating guide was developed based on the guiding framework formulated in early stage to facilitate more systematic and integrated implementation of mentor-facilitated learning in Integrated Learning programmes. This also serves as a teaching portfolio for mentors to systematically record the learning experience and performance of individual team.
After the mentor sessions, students would be given 1 or 2 guiding question or tasks to help them orient themselves during the subsequent workshop for practical learning and motivate them to look for answers actively. When they finish their self-exploration, students would share their findings in the following mentor session.
