Objectives:
To enhance the implementation of mentor-facilitated learning (which provides overall guidance for every group and encourages critical and creative thinking throughout whole Integrative Learning program):
- Leverage expertise and experience of individual mentors from different disciplines
- Systematically develop and organize learning materials for different topics
- Facilitate customization or compilation of on-demand learning activities to suit students’ progress
- Facilitate a better quality assurance in learning delivery
To encourage student active self-paced peer learning:
- Reflect and learn from the successes and mistakes of other groups
- Appreciate rationales and learn from student works in other disciplines (e.g., design, engineering, health & caring)
