Objectives:

• To design and develop an integrated series of multi-disciplinary student projects to utilize the potential of the PolyU teaching hotel, Hotel Icon, as authentic learning environment.
• To develop accessible, authentic and reusable teaching resource banks for staff and students for teaching and learning and research opportunities.
• To provide opportunities for inter-department and inter-disciplinary collaboration and innovation in learning and teaching.
• To provide guidance for multi-disciplinary learning and teaching through the project activities that will assist in the future and continuous use of Hotel Icon and the development of collaborative, authentic and high quality learning experiences for PolyU students.
