Use of ePortfolio Technology and Methods to Support independent Language Learning

Objectives:
- To identify major challenges faced by students and teachers in using the ePortfolio to develop English skills independently.
- To develop facilities and processes in the ePortfolio system that best assist students and teachers in overcoming the major challenges in (1).
- To evaluate the effectiveness of the ePortfolio and develop guidelines for achieving intended learning outcomes.
