Rubrics are commonly used by teachers as assessment tools for marking and grading, but they can also be powerful teaching tools, as they help teachers provide students with feedback and feed-forward to improve their learning. To maximize the value and impact of assessment, teachers and students should work together and in this respect, rubrics can serve a crucial role as they describe the skills and abilities that articulate desired learning outcomes.

Join this workshop to explore and exchange ideas and experience of the diverse use of rubrics in teaching, learning and assessment.
