Lockdown opened a window for the presenter to experiment with his teaching methods. For in-person instruction today, the combination of podcasts and the speed of AI technology to develop in-class activities makes a flipping strategy sustainable. In this interactive session, several practical examples applicable across curricula will be provided.

About the speaker
Prof. Perry Binder, J.D. is a Clinical Associate Professor of Legal Studies at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. Prior to his teaching career, he litigated complex business cases with stakes in excess of $10 million. Perry teaches Internet Law, Consumer Law, and Business Law, and has published numerous law articles for select publications, including the Journal of Legal Studies Education. Perry’s latest book, Innovative College Teaching (2024), has a chapter on “Using AI to Enhance Classroom Activities and Student Projects.” The book debuted as an Amazon #1 New Release and #1 Best Seller (Teacher & Student Mentoring) and received the International Book Award.
