Entrance Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in the disciplines of architecture, building, building services engineering, building sciences and engineering, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, project management, information technology or other related disciplines from recognised institutions.
- Corporate membership in relevant professional institutions may be considered for exceptional admissions of non-Bachelor’s degree applicants who possess related working experience in the construction industry.
If you are not a native speaker of English, and your Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is awarded by institutions where the medium of instruction is not English, you are expected to fulfil the University’s minimum English language requirement for admission purpose.
