“Long-term housing strategy” has become one of the hottest subjects in the society.The research team comprising three departments, Department of Applied Social Sciences (APSS), Department of Building and Real Estate (BRE) and Public Policy Research Institute (PPRI),conducted a focus group study on this topic in 2013. Their great endeavor got‘the Multi-departmental Project Award with the Highest Contract Value” in the Outstanding Professional Services Awards 2013.
