Property Management Services Authority has launched the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme (the Scheme) for the implementation of the property management industry licensing regime (the licensing regime). Prof. Eddie Hui, Associate Head (Partnership) of BRE and Vice Chairperson of PMSA, joined two seminars to share the topics, including (1) the Codes of Conduct and the Best Practice Guides issued under the licensing regime, (2) Schedule 7 to the Building Management Ordinance – Mandatory terms in deeds of mutual covenant, (3) the Building Drainage System Repair Subsidy Scheme, and more.
