Terms of Reference

1. To promote the interests of the University by assuming an advisory role to the Council on matters of broad policy and direction.
2. To enhance the University's public profile, and to strengthen its ability in securing funds from non-Government sources to support developments in the University.
3. To consider any matter referred to it by the Council.
