The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a world-leading university ranked 65th and 26th in the latest QS World University Ranking and QS Asia University Rankings. Getting to PolyU
From the airport
- Airport express and Mass Transit Railway (MTR): Take the Airport Express from Airport Station to Tsing Yi Station, interchange to Tung Chung Line for Nam Cheong Station and change to Tuen Ma Line to reach PolyU at Hung Hom Station.
- Fare: HK$65 (Octopus) or HK$70 (single journal ticket)
- Transit time: ~40 minutes
- Public Bus: Take bus A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) Bus Terminus straight to Hung Hom Station
- Fare: HK$33
- Transit time: from 60 to 90 minutes (traffic-dependent)
Within the City
- MTR: PolyU is connected to Exit A1 of the MTR Hung Hom Station via a footbridge. It is also within walking distance from Jordan Station, Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Tsim Sha Tsui East Station.

Getting around PolyU
Buildings in PolyU are named after the English alphabet and you can cover the whole campus on foot. (Campus Map).
Plenary lectures will be held at the Jockey Club Auditorium, a classical theatre reserved for the most important events of the university and cultural performances.
